We’re excited to announce AllSquare v1.3 — the biggest update since launch. The headline feature? AI-powered invoice and estimate creation. Just describe your work by voice or text, and AllSquare creates a complete, professional invoice for you in seconds.

Create invoices by talking

Imagine finishing a job and saying: “I just painted two rooms for James, 2 days at £200 per day plus 3 tins of paint at £35 each.” AllSquare’s AI instantly creates a professional invoice with all the line items, quantities, rates, tax, and totals filled in. Review it, tweak anything you want, and hit send.

You can also type a description instead of speaking — the AI handles both. It recognises your existing clients by name, extracts due dates, applies your tax settings, and formats everything into a polished invoice or estimate.

AI Credits: simple and transparent

Each AI-generated invoice or estimate uses one AI credit. Free users get 10 credits per month, and AllSquare Pro subscribers get 100 credits per month. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you prefer, you can always create invoices manually without using any credits.

Introducing AllSquare Pro

We’ve renamed our premium plan to AllSquare Pro. It now includes unlimited invoices and estimates, 100 AI credits per month, and priority support — all for £5.99/month or £49.99/year. Free users still get 2 invoices, 2 estimates, and 10 AI credits every month at no cost.

• Universal Search — find any client, invoice, estimate, or price list item instantly.
• Payment Tracking — record partial payments, view payment history, and track exactly what’s outstanding.
• Country Tax Presets — select your country and tax settings (VAT, GST, Sales Tax, IVA) are auto-configured.
• Contact Import — import clients directly from your phone’s contacts.
• Guided Onboarding — new users get a step-by-step setup with an AI practice mode to learn the app before creating real invoices.

AI is optional

Not ready for AI? No problem. You can disable AI in settings and create invoices the traditional way. We’ve built AI as a time-saving option, not a requirement. The manual invoice creation flow is still there, exactly as before.

Your voice data stays private

Privacy matters. Voice recordings are processed in real-time to extract invoice details and are not stored after the invoice is created. We do not share voice data with third parties.
