Terms of Use

Last updated

These terms govern your use of the AllSquare website at getallsquare.com (the "Website"), the free browser-based tools accessible from it (the "Free Tools") and the AllSquare iOS application (the "App"). The Website, Free Tools and App are provided by Techgeezer Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us").

1. Acceptance

By using the Website, the Free Tools or the App, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

AllSquare is an invoicing and estimating product aimed at UK tradespeople and small businesses. The Website provides information about the product and a set of free browser-based tools (invoice, estimate, receipt and timesheet generators plus a freelance rate calculator). The App is a paid-tier iOS application with a free tier.

The Free Tools run entirely in your browser. The data you enter is not sent to our servers; the PDFs are generated on your device.

3. Account and eligibility

Where you create an account in the App, you must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for your account and the activity under it. If someone else uses your account, that's on you unless you've reported a compromise.

4. Pricing and payment

  • The Free Tools are free to use, with no sign-up required.
  • The App has a free tier (2 invoices, 2 estimates and 10 AI credits per month) and a paid tier (AllSquare Pro) at £5.99 per month or £49.99 per year, with a 3-day free Pro trial.
  • All App Store purchases are managed by Apple and subject to Apple's Media Services Terms. Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple.
  • Prices may change — any change will be communicated before it affects your subscription.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the invoices, estimates, receipts, client lists and other data you create in the App or Free Tools ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the service to you (e.g. to sync it between your devices).

You're responsible for Your Content being lawful, accurate and non-infringing. We don't endorse or verify Your Content.

6. Our content

The AllSquare brand, website content, app design, and the AllSquare software itself are owned by Techgeezer Limited or our licensors. You may use the service, but you may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, scrape or otherwise exploit it beyond normal personal and business use.

7. Acceptable use

Don't:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to break, probe or overload our infrastructure
  • Interfere with other users' use of the service
  • Use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications
  • Scrape the Website or Free Tools beyond normal browser use

8. AI features

The App's voice-to-invoice and AI-draft features use third-party AI language models. AI-generated content is a draft; you're responsible for reviewing it before sending to a customer. We don't guarantee accuracy and we're not liable for errors in AI-generated invoices or estimates.

9. Service availability

We try to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App's offline mode lets you create invoices without connectivity; sync requires network access.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that can't be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss of data. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. You can delete your account from inside the App or by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with notice where practical.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top and, for paid-tier users, communicated by email where we have one.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
