Yes — describe the job naturally and AllSquare splits it into the right line items. For example, “boiler service, 1 hour labour at £75, plus a new thermostat at £45 and a £50 callout” becomes three clean lines with VAT and totals worked out. You can tweak any line by hand before sending.

Do I have to use AI to create invoices?

Not at all. AI creation is completely optional. You can disable it in settings and create invoices and estimates manually using the traditional form, just like before. AI is simply a faster option when you want to describe your work naturally instead of filling in fields one by one.
