About the receipt generator

How to use the receipt generator

Add your business details
Your name or company, address, contact info and (optionally) a logo. These appear at the top of the receipt.

Add the customer
Customer name (and address if you want it on the PDF). They appear alongside your business details.

List what was paid for
Add line items describing the goods or services received, with the amounts. The customer can see exactly what the payment covered.

Record the payment and download
Note the payment method (cash, card, transfer) and date, then hit Download for a branded PDF receipt.
