Pricing FAQs
Is there really a free tier, or do I hit a paywall at download?
Really free. Download the app and you can create 2 invoices and 2 estimates every month without paying anything, without entering card details, and without a watermark on the PDF. The free tier is suitable for a side practice or testing the app on your real workflow.
What do AI credits do?
An AI credit is used each time you create an invoice or estimate via voice or text description — the AI parses what you said and drafts the complete document. 10 free credits per month on the free tier, 100 per month on Pro. You can always create invoices manually with no AI credit used.
What's the difference between monthly and annual Pro?
Nothing except the price and the billing cadence. Monthly is £5.99/month. Annual is £49.99/year — roughly 30% cheaper than paying monthly for 12 months. Both include the same unlimited invoices, unlimited estimates, 100 monthly AI credits and priority support.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes — a 3-day free trial of AllSquare Pro. Start the trial from inside the app; cancel any time before it ends and you won't be charged. The trial is managed by Apple through the App Store.
How do I cancel?
From the App Store on your iPhone/iPad: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → AllSquare → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. We don't gate cancellation inside the app and we don't require you to email us.
Do you offer refunds?
App Store refunds are handled by Apple, which lets you request a refund within 90 days of a purchase through reportaproblem.apple.com. If you've had a technical issue that prevented the Pro features working, email hello@techgeezer.ai and we'll help.
What if I go over the free tier limits?
The app lets you know when you're approaching the limit and prompts you to upgrade. You can also always keep going with manual invoice creation (no AI) once you hit the free AI credit cap — the AI credit cap only limits AI-drafted invoices, not invoice creation itself.
Are the web tools (invoice generator, estimate generator, etc.) part of Pro?
No. The web tools at getallsquare.com/invoice-generator (and the other four) are completely free and don't require a Pro subscription or even an account. They're separate from the iOS app and intended for occasional use.
Will the price go up?
We've kept pricing stable since launch. If we ever change prices, existing subscribers keep their current price for at least 12 months after the change is announced.
